Before you place order, you should be aware of some import tips as below:

• 1) As an importer, you may need to pay the import duties and other tax fees
      JH can't be responsible for the import duties and custom cost.

  2) If you have any special request on the declared value, please feel free to let us know
      We will consider it and declare as lower as possible to reduce your tax cost.

  3) You must provide us a valid phone number for shipping.

  4) Before you proceed with large wholesale order, JH suggests you to take some samples to check the quality first.

  5) JH doesn't offer free shipping

  6) If you need packing list, pictures or other special packing requests, please inform us before our warehouse start packing here.

  7) The delivery time will be longer if we need to wait for other suppliers' packages or sourcing items from other cities.

  8) If you need to cancel the order after all products are packed well, then we have to charge you about 3-5% packing fee.
